We deliver your orders via our reliable shipping partners TNT, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail as we always want to get your items to you as soon as each one is ready. Large products and special products, such as very large prints, might be delivered by a special logistics company. Shipping costs are presented at the checkout. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries (please see below paragraph “Territories not covered”).

Shipping times will vary. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm GMT (with the exception of public holidays). It's important to note that while shipping internationally, there may be custom delays. This is not unusual and should not cause you any panic.

If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.


Shipping Cost

All original artworks are shipped to the collector directly from our location in London. Shipping costs are paid for by the collector at the time the artwork is purchased.

Territories not covered

Our partners TNT, FedEd and UPS does not deliver in the following countries and territories: Antarctica, Ascension Island, Bouvet Island, British Indies, Caroline Island, Christmas Island, CocosIsland, Comoros, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Island, French Southern Territories, Heard &Mc Donald Island, MayotteIsland, Midway Island, NauruIsland, Niue, Pitcairn, Sao Tome & Principe, Somalia, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Svalbars& Jan Mayen, Tokelau, Wake Island, West Sahara.



Our packaging does comply with the general Packaging Guidelines and Best Practice available.

All our prints are carefully wrapped and delivered to you in packing tubes for safe transport. Once you receive your print, remove it from the tube at your earliest convenience and store the piece flat. This can be flat packed between some cardboard or plywood, or weighted down on the four corners, preferably with soft objects. Try to avoid leaving your new print rolled for too long.

Small prints are sealed in plastic and shipped flat in sturdy cardboard boxes, which ensure that the print is not damaged in transit. Larger sized prints are shipped rolled in heavy-duty tubes with padding. Framed prints are shipped flat and packed with generous amounts of cushioning packing material. Oversized prints typically need to be crated before shipping to ensure maximum protection in transit.


All purchases are guaranteed to be as described. Our photos are cautiously inspected before they are shipped, however there is a slight chance that damage may occur in transit. It is our policy to replace prints or framing that is damaged in transit at no cost to the customer. Replacement prints are shipped only after the return and inspection of the original damaged merchandise.


If you order goods from our site for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
